At the beginning of each project/scheme we undertake as a company, we ensure all questions are answered and everyone is comfortable with the works we are due to undertake in their surroundings. We took the opportunity to host a get together event at Lostock Court when our client was there to answer questions. A full buffet spread was made available on the afternoon inclusive of hot drinks and cold drinks. The programme of works was explained to them and any questions were answered quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to all involved. This event once again allowed the residents and staff to get to know Allied, what we stand for and the contacts available on site throughout the works. Facial recognition was of optimum priority on this scheme we found after this event; therefore we learnt about the residents and how we could best accommodate for them.
