Commercial Director

Mark is both the founder and the Commercial Director of the company. Mark is responsible for the all estimating and quantity surveying functions within the company. Mark has over 35 years industry experience 27 of which have been with Allied Roofing & Construction Ltd

Neil Higson
Construction Director

Neil is a self-motivated Director who drives the company forward leading by example and supports the company in every activity of delivery. Overall management of the operational delivery arm is under the direction of Neil and he is the director with responsibility for Health & Safety. Neil sets and manages the training and development programme for the company and support and coaching of staff, particular in relation to apprentices and trainees.

Nicky Prenty
Finance Manager

Nicky has over 25 years’ experience within her role. Nicky is responsible for the company accounts, managements accounts and managing cash flow.

Stuart Bolton
Estimator

Stuart has worked for Allied Roofing and Construction since 1990 Stuart also deals with the general roof-tiling and slating enquiries. I am a qualified Member of the Institute of Roofing, having been originally admitted as an Affiliate in 1988 and then as a Licentiate from 1998.

Sean Doyle
Client Manager

Sean manages our client relationships to ensure that client requirements and demands are met and exceeded. Sean’s background has been as a client officer managing local authority investment budgets and he has also worked as a client manager for nationally based private sector construction companies.

Kerry Higson
Resident Liaison Manager

Kerry’s responsibilities are:
Liaising with on a one to one basis with Residents.
Dealing with Residents’ enquiries directly.
Liaising directly with clients.

Kerry’s experience of managing the liaison function enables her ensure that effective communication is established and maintained and that client satisfaction targets are achieved and maintained.
